Are You Happier Than God?

Are you happy?
The dictionary defines happy as characterized by or indicative of pleasure, contentment, or joy. Everyone wants to be happy, right?
Why does it seem overall the world is not happy?
The world on a whole is more prosperous. There are more gadgets and tools to make life easier. People have more disposable income to make their lives more comfortable. Yet people are feeling more stressed and having a difficult time coping with their daily life.
More opportunities exist to try different things, travel to exotic places, and experience what the world has to offer. Yet there is void that screams to be filled. Your soul asks “Is this all there is?”.
There are a multitude of ways to connect through travel, calling on the phone, and chatting on the internet. Yet many feel disconnected.
How can that be?
Is it really that difficult to be happy? And can you actually be happier than God?
Neal Donald Walsh discusses the concept of happiness in his book, Happier Than God. Mr. Walsh states happiness is a natural state of being.
If its a natural state of being, why are so many people unhappy?
Mainly it is because people have forgotten that they are a part of God and God is a part of them. You and God are inseparable. Many religions have forgotten this concept as well. Religions describe God as being above and separate.
God is in everything and everyone.
You have a great power that is part of you which you can use to positively impact those around you which in turn positively impacts you.
Get in touch with the Divine within you. Feel the ultimate power, the ultimate love, and the ultimate joy which God can provide.
